The Journey

The moon elf Iytania lays out a map and shows the distance between Myth Drannor and Ravenwood. It was at least a month of travel one way and the Shade kingdom between. Looks like quite the journey..

Ravenwood Recap (8/26 game)

The adventurers Tarak, Dart and Xydin traveled to ancient ruins. These ruins had an odd glow and with the power of a solar eclipse, traveled to Earth and encountered the Mayans. They fought a massive crocodilian and ‘saved’ the Mayans from Cortez by them back to their world.

When the party returned to Ravenwood, Tarak’s brother had been attacked and near death. They found out that an Oni was responsible and are looking into a possible Oni threat nearby.

Ravenwood Recap 2

Dart, Tarak and Bannan traveled to the Many Arrows Kingdom and investigating a cave that was home to a tribe of orcs. The cave was empty, but there was signs of a battle. Further down the cave,they found an abandoned drow boy who explained the drow came over slaves. Later the trio made it safely back home.

Ravenwood Recap

Locals from Ravenwood; Dart and Tarak took on the work of searching for bandits and investigate the where abouts of some missing loggers. Later they encountered the Dryad witch Bayabab, who pointed them to some orc intruders. An orc explanned they were in the High Forest looking for strong wood for arrows since his tribe had been attacked resently.

The High King's Request

A month has passed and Iolaous has tipped you to a quest on one of the Moonshae Islands. King Derid Kendrick is requesting aid to retake his ancestral home of Caer Corwell on the island (coincidently) named Gwynneth. The island is over run by dangerous Fey. If any adventurers are able to establish a peace treaty with the Fey and help retake Caer Corwell the King will reward them very handsomely.

What Happens Next

When you returned to Waterdeep a number of Waterdravian citizens had been abducted, including one of your friends or family member. After a short investigation, you and your companions discerned that the mysterious ‘Shamur’ was behind these kidnappings and more then likely leading the portal activity. When you finally encountered Shamur you discovered that she is a female Eladrin Necromancer from Thay and part of the Black Hand. The Black Hand is a unit that works directly under Szas Tam the Lich king of Thay. After your encounter with her you spoke with the Lords of Waterdeep. One of the Lords suggested leaving the Thay activity completely alone so not to provoke open war with Thay. The rest of the Lords are in agreement to leave the next active portal alone so Thay’s intentions can be revealed.

The League of Undermountian

A relatively unknown guild of Waterdeep. The guild consist mainly of nonhumans since Undermountian is part of the upper Underdark and the lighting is poor. Undermountian is beneath Mount Waterdeep. The guild’s purpose is to keep the denizens of the Underdark is check.

Undersea Ruins

After sailing the turbulent sea you have discovered the undersea ruins of an Imaskar city. Your compass has lead you to a tunnel leading in one direction. You hear a muffled cries and moans off in the distance…

A blog for your campaign

Every campaign gets an Adventure Log, a blog for your adventures!

While the wiki is great for organizing your campaign world, it’s not the best way to chronicle your adventures. For that purpose, you need a blog!

The Adventure Log will allow you to chronologically order the happenings of your campaign. It serves as the record of what has passed. After each gaming session, come to the Adventure Log and write up what happened. In time, it will grow into a great story!

Best of all, each Adventure Log post is also a wiki page! You can link back and forth with your wiki, characters, and so forth as you wish.

One final tip: Before you jump in and try to write up the entire history for your campaign, take a deep breath. Rather than spending days writing and getting exhausted, I would suggest writing a quick “Story So Far” with only a summary. Then, get back to gaming! Grow your Adventure Log over time, rather than all at once.

Current Events

The city of Waterdeep, this is where you live. In the past you and your companions resealed two ancient portals thought to have been weakened by the Spellplague. New evidence has linked the Zents and an unseen foe to these portals. What is their plans? You have a bad feeling about this.. Now off to the next portal!
